    Qualifications: National Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and current CHRC authorization through the State of Maine Department of Education. A master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field and have a minimum of 3 years of experience working and/or consulting in educational settings.
    Description: MSAD 11, serving the towns of Gardiner, Pittston, Randolph, and West Gardiner, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The successful candidate will provide direct behavioral consultations and interventions for students with disabilities; perform Functional Behavior Assessment and comprehensive evaluations with emphasis and focus on best practice to support behavioral change; model teaching strategies and work with teachers in classroom setting focusing on implementation of positive behavior intervention and support strategies; craft positive behavior plans and Functional Behavioral Assessments; work collaboratively with administration and school staff to improve behavior management systems; provide consultation services to staff; and attend IEP and solution-seeking meeting regarding behavioral needs/interventions, as needed. Salary and benefits to be determined. This is a contracted position. This position does not provide benefits.
